Beginning in 2016, the Upper Dublin Parks & Recreation Department (UDP&R) set a goal of conducting a broad reaching survey every 5 years to determine how residents are currently using Township parks and recreation programs/events and how they would like use those facilities and services in the future.  The survey is made available through randomized mailings to Township households (25% of all households) as well as online.  The goal of the survey is to provide staff and elected officials with feedback about what the focus of UDP&R should be over the next 3 to 5 years.   

As part of the update to the Township’s open space plan that took place in 2022 & 2023, the parks and recreation use survey was issued once again with the addition of questions about community connectivity.  The responses to this survey assisted in the development of the 2023 Upper Dublin Township Open Space Plan.

 The results of the 2022 survey can be found on this page.  The next parks & recreation use survey is tentatively scheduled to be circulated in 2027.
